Beverley Musical Theatre (formerly Beverley Operatic Society) perform Musical Shows, Pantomimes and concerts in Beverley, Hull and the surrounding villages. The East Riding of Yorkshire is fortunate in having a large number of amateur operatic and dramatic societies. This means that competition for the attentions of the theatre-going public is intense, and consequently the standard of the performances is very good.

Beverley Musical Theatre is no exception. Based largely in Beverley itself, the society performs at the New Theatre in Hull and the Beverley Memorial Hall.  Most year’s we perform our main musical show in May/June and a pantomime in November/December.

The company also enjoys a lively social programme including our Annual Dinner, barbecues, theatre trips, and of course the usual parties (any excuse!). There’s always plenty to do even when we’re not rehearsing for shows.
